How are these different from a DIY website builder?

A builder gives you software. SmartyX Managed Websites are built and managed for the business, with a defined page allowance, hosting, support and change allowance.

Is full SEO included?

No. Managed plans include search-ready foundations and the specific review allowance shown. Full ongoing SEO belongs in Website & SEO Packages or a separate SEO engagement.

Can I keep an existing domain and email?

Yes. We only move services when there is a reason to do so and the change is agreed.

Is there a minimum term?

Managed Website plans use a 12-month initial term with monthly billing, then the ongoing arrangement follows the terms shown in the final order.

Who makes the design decisions?

SmartyX builds the finished website around the business, its services and proof. The customer provides the information and assets needed for an accurate site, but the service is not a blank builder that the customer has to design alone.

Can I move into SEO later?

Yes. Managed websites are deliberately an entry route. If search growth becomes a priority, the website can move into a Website & SEO Package or separate SEO engagement without starting again.

What happens to my current website during the rebuild?

The existing site can remain live while the replacement is prepared. Any launch or DNS change is planned so the live business is not disrupted unnecessarily.

Can you manage WordPress updates and hosting?

Managed plans include the hosting and support responsibilities shown on the selected plan. The exact ongoing allowance remains the published plan scope.
