Yes. You can choose a website plan first or search for a domain below. Searching does not reserve the name. You will see the registration and renewal costs in My SmartyX before you buy.
Can I keep my existing domain and email?
Yes. Tell us what you already have. We can normally connect your domain without moving it to a different provider. We will agree any changes to your website address or email with you first.
Why are setup and monthly fees separate?
The setup fee covers building the website described in your plan. The monthly fee covers the ongoing work listed with it. The plan shows what is included, how long you are committing for and the minimum total. Any extra work must be agreed before it starts.
Are managed websites the same as a full SEO campaign?
No. Managed plans include the listed website care and basic search setup. Website + SEO includes a set amount of SEO work each month, explained in the plan. A larger campaign or additional content needs a separate agreement.
Does getting a recommendation change the price?
No. Your answers help us recommend a plan. The price shown is for the plan you choose. You will see the setup fee, monthly price and minimum commitment before checkout. Any additional work must be agreed with you first.
What happens when the project is more complicated?
Moving an existing shop, adding bookings or memberships, or connecting other software may need a closer look. We will talk through the work and agree a price before asking you to order.
What happens immediately after checkout?
After your website order is recorded, you can complete your project brief in My SmartyX and return to it whenever you need. Check your invoice for the payment status. The team will confirm the next steps and timing; placing an order does not start design work automatically.
Can I speak to someone before buying?
Of course. Send a project enquiry or ask for a free website review. You do not need an account or a completed project brief to talk to us.
Who supplies the content and images?
You supply the facts about your business and any photos, logos or wording you have permission to use. Your plan explains the writing or editing included. We will agree any extra writing or photography with you before adding it.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No. We improve your website and use real search data to decide what to work on next. Rankings, visitor numbers and enquiries depend on competition, demand and other factors. We do not promise a particular position or number of sales.
