What’s included.
These are the website and ongoing-care allowances for your chosen plan.
- Up to 5 main website pages on a responsive WordPress website.
- Two rounds of changes to the agreed pages, with your feedback grouped together each time.
- You supply accurate business information, your branding and original photos. Editing the website wording you supply is included.
- One standard contact or quote form.
- Managed website hosting and a secure connection (SSL); connect an existing domain without moving working email.
- Set up Google Search Console and Analytics to measure how people find and use your website, where permission and access allow.
- Each month: up to 60 minutes improving how search engines read your website or improving existing pages for search, plus one small request to update your content.
- A summary of the work completed each month. Search rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
- Your business brief, files, design feedback and account support in My SmartyX.
- A 12-month initial commitment, paid monthly. The monthly service starts on your order date, not when the website goes live.
- Domain registration and renewal, paid software, advertising, new pages, connections to other software and complex website moves are not included. We will agree a price for extra work before it starts.
Domain purchases, third-party licences and additional work are separate unless listed as included. We will agree any extra work and price with you first.

Check your invoice for payment confirmation. If a project brief is available, share what you have and come back to the rest later. The team will confirm the timing before work begins.
