What’s included.
These are the website and ongoing-care allowances for your chosen plan.
- One standard WooCommerce shop with up to 10 initial products, up to 3 variations per product and up to 5 supporting pages.
- Two rounds of design changes, with your feedback grouped together each time. You supply accurate product descriptions, prices and images, plus your tax information, delivery rules and terms of sale.
- Connect one supported payment provider and set up standard domestic delivery rules. You remain responsible for the payment account and its transaction charges.
- Managed website hosting and a secure connection (SSL); connect an existing domain.
- Organise products and categories for search, create the list of pages search engines use (the sitemap), and set up website analytics where permission and access allow.
- Each month: website care, one small content update request and up to 30 minutes improving existing pages or product listings for search.
- Your business brief, files, design feedback and account support in My SmartyX.
- A 12-month initial commitment, paid monthly. The monthly service starts on your order date, not when the website goes live.
- Moving an existing shop, memberships, subscriptions, marketplace features, stock-system connections, approvals for regulated products, paid extensions, domain fees and advertising are not included. We will agree a price for extra work before it starts.
Domain purchases, third-party licences and additional work are separate unless listed as included. We will agree any extra work and price with you first.
After your order.
Check your invoice for payment confirmation. If a project brief is available, share what you have and come back to the rest later. The team will confirm the timing before work begins.
